Has anyone beaten the New Scenario yet?
Peddlers or what its called?

I have been at it for a good day now, when 2 bad events come back to back I just go bankrupt slowly. My goods arent worth jack anymore and the events are so long that my finances dont last.

I prioritise starter goods and make money selling mass corn, wood, caoutchouc and bananas.

the maintenance cost just spirals out of control when managing multiple islands, I find it overwhelming very quickly.

I am looking for some advice on how to approach this, so far it has been pretty frustrating.

Yes, this is hardest scenario even gold level do not had a timer, 500,000 ton is too long time, I got it done in 17 hours for gold. Key is use unlimited resource to sell trader like wood, sailing, corn, so go on, while limited resource save it for but only sell to pass quest number of money making, but personal, I don't think worth it, I would use unlimited resource to trade/sell to trader, island in center map is better, so you can trade with your enemies and your allied between (south is 3 allied, neutral trader, while north is 3 enemies trader. I prefer trade with neutral trader because there is quest that you do not trade with enemies trader till quest is done, more or less.

Big problem is there is event market crash that hurt credit. While I'm glad there is no timer on gold level, but discovered this is most painful scenario ever, it's longest, lot of work, on this scenario, it's not worth it to do it again for getting more golden ticket, even it's little bit more than other scenario, Scenario: A Clash of Couriers and eden burning is best for play again and again for getting more golden ticket.

Pride and Peddlers is only worth it once you hit gold level, but after that, it's best to stop played this type of scenario, 17 hours for 800 golden ticket? No thank you, I prefer A clash of Couriers or Eden Burning, 2 hour for 500 golden ticket.

I think 500,000 ton isn't correct, I wonder maybe it's should be 50,000 ton sell, maybe they making mistake put add 0? I don't know.

ok I see, i was eventually starting to rush it because i kept getting scared with the finances. I will try planning for a REALLY long game, expanding expensive stuff slowly while spamming cheap farms for profit.

I wondered if its worth it restarting until the central island has good layout and resources on it.

Island is random each time you start Scenario, I suggest you build unlimited resource in difference type, not too many same resource type, let said one island forced on wood, 3 or 4 more than normal, use that island to sell wood to a.i, other island forced on cotton, sailing, 3 or 4, use trade ship route, pick up, wood, next cotton, and sailing item, then sell it, one cage per ship. then add ship to route when time went by.

Event can mess up profit. Just had to look at a.i trading post to see to sell it, and find island that had resource, just don't build too many people as people don't paid rent or tax to you and they eat up resource. Those are very basic start. Gold level do not had timer, but it's take long time to reach 500,000 tons.

Keep add to ship to route, key is mange product and route, add ship as need to be, prefer same type of ship, due all ship do not had same number of cargo. I wouldn't sell clay, so go on, because it's seem limited number. so I use clay for building road, all that to speed up warehouse network better.

No Rush, this scenario don't had timer, but be prepared for long hours, this scenario can't be speedrun like other scenario, (due 500,000 ton sell)

i managed to beat it, i had a very strong supply chain but it took me like 12h IRL to set it up so i can get through bad events.

The 500k tons export was a chore tho, i eventually gave up, it was so slow and dragged on forever, almost enjoyed the timed gold medals more, at least those are over quicker
