Does Anno 1800 - Year 4 Complete Edition contain all the dlc?

Think so but those not enough cause you have a lot add-on contents to purchase, such as festival stuff or new looking of ships and buildings to make game looks more lovely, those are not DLC ofc, need to pay

Season DLC yes, but not the comsmetic DLC packs.

I just bought the complete edition on steam, its the main game + seasons pass 1-4 and the deluxe pack.

What Tims said, it's Complete Edition only cover all Season (3 major gameplay DLC each season) and Deluxe pack (again it's gameplay pack)

but not a cosmetic DLC pack, it's not must had, some are just nice to had. Complete Edition is good deal $60 ($160 worth it, with comsmetic, it's would be $200, more or less)

It's crazy today to try to find what is or not in a game, the compagny game make empty shell and sell 3056 dlc...pfff, only for this game they sell 4 type of different part of the game but don't say much what is include,

on my side if i want this game i need to pay between 400$ and 500$ dollars, i view other game they ask 25 000$ for her game and other more than 50 000$ what???????, completly crazy, i begin to think i am very poor because i NEVER pay 500$, 25000$, or 50000$ for a game, because you never buy a game, you just buy the right to use it, so it's completly crazy, but i have already view on a people they have pay 6 000 000$ for a game..., compagny are completly crazy to ask so much and people completly crazy to buy it too, it's seem more people don't know what to do with her money or they don't work for it to spend so much money on a game, but it's just my thinking..., anyway i don't but this ANNO game for 500$, i have buy some ANNO game neer 20 years ago (and perharp this one too), i have pay 20$, so why 500$ today???

i am not 100% sure, but i think it does not include cosmetics packs, it does however include all the actual game packs (so no skins, but yes content)

They shlould mark the DLCs as purchased, if they are included in a purchased Season Pack. So this view is bad, maybe they hope some useds purchase twice for the same DLCs.

Why? If you buy a season pass you've bought all DLC's (except cosmetic packs) for that year and since cosmetic packs are shown as in library then there isn't any issue.

So in order to "own everything" one must purchase:

Steam and Ubisoft store are a clusterfck, when you are inside the games menu you have everything listed nicely and more easy to understand.
Also the cosmetic DLCs are really only that: 100% cosmetic optionals, it is only skins and ornaments.

You dont need to buy the DLCs again if you allready own them on ubisoft, just link steam to ubisoft and you have access to all your DLC you previously bought.
Only need to "rebuy" the base game on steam again.

Gotta love that not even SteamDB could sort this mess, you get thrown into circles while trying to figure out what all the season passes + gold edition content is actually about.

I only know very old Anno's. So now I understand more and can choose what to buy at current special offer. But what is then in "Gold" included? (Anno 1800 - Year 4 Gold Edition, 40 EUR)
