No. The DLC will not be listed as owned here on steam as they are separate services, but on a somewhat positive note the DLC will actually be recognized by the game when you launch it through steam if you previously purchased them directly through Ubisoft.

I can confirm this works because I also had the game+dlc on Ubisoft Connect and just purchased the base game here on steam.

Just as a precaution make sure to uninstall the game from Ubisoft Connect first before installing via Steam otherwise there is a chance it might create a separate Steam entry and that one would not have any DLC. This happened to me with Far Cry 5 and I was only able to fix it through Ubisoft Support.

EDIT: Also to clarify: you will get two entries of the same game in Ubisoft Connect app if you go ahead and buy the base game here on Steam like I did. For me they have the same name like this: "Anno 1800". If that bothers you simply hide one of the entries by right-clicking within the Ubisoft Connect app.

As long as you start game through steam you will have no issues. :)

First post in german support forum confirms it, DLC won't show up as owned in Steam but will work.

That's never been the case.

To the OP: It most likely requires you to have u-play installed; then once the game unlocks in steam, it doesn't care what you have on uplay.

EA and Origin are pretty much the same thing. So most likely, no. If you're determined to buy the game on steam, buy the base game and see what happens - you can always ask for a refund.

I am testing it right now - give me 5-10 minutes and i let you know

Vorsicht, Steam Deck wird nicht unterstützt

VIELEN LIEBEN DANK!!! :-)

@Caduryn:
Noch nicht oder nicht offiziell! :-P
Es ist erstaunlich, welche Spiele die kleine Wunderkiste mit eine paar Einstellungen so alles über Steam abspielt! :D

12 Minuten her.

Okay so i tested it:

What i owned previously on Ubisoft / U-play:

Anno 1800 Basegame
Amusement Parks DLC
Botanica DLC
bright Harvest DLC
City Lights DLC
Docklands DLC
Holiday pack DLC
Imperial Pack
Lands of Lions DLC
Pedestrian Zone Pack DLC
Season 1 Pass
Season 2 Pass
Season 3 Pass
Seat of Power DLC
The High Life DLC
the Passage DLC
Tourist Season DLC
Vibrant Cities Pack

What i bought on Steam:

Anno 1800 - Year 4 Complete Edition
Deluxe Pack
Season 1 Pass
Season 2 Pass
Season 3 Pass
Season 4 Pass

What i now own on U-play/ubisoft:

Amusement Parks DLC
Botanica DLC
bright Harvest DLC
City Lights DLC
Docklands DLC
Deluxe Pack
Holiday pack DLC
Imperial Pack
Lands of Lions DLC
Pedestrian Zone Pack DLC
Season 1 Pass
Season 2 Pass
Season 3 Pass
Season 4 Pass
Seat of Power DLC
The High Life DLC
the Passage DLC
Tourist Season DLC
Vibrant Cities Pack
Deluxe Edition - Company Icons
Deluxe Edition - Digital Soundtrack
The Art of Anno 1800 - Digital Artbook

(and AVAILABLE when starting the game via Steam)

....

After downloading and installing Anno 1800 from steam, the ubisoft launcher opens and ask to connect accounts.
I did connect my steam account to my U-play/Ubisoft account (the account where i previously owned anno 1800 on).

All the OTHER DLC which i owned previously on u-play/ubisoft are now AVAILABLE
in game (started via steam).

So yes: you do NOT have to buy all the DLC again. I am not sure on how to go about the base game but the DLCs (which i did not buy on steam but previously on Ubisoft) are now available when starting the game via steam.
However they do not show up as bought in steam store page or libary, BUT yes you can access them.

At least I can.

So i made a negative 5-6 Euro (base game, deluxe pack and season 4 if buyed individually add up to ~55€ while the year 4 complete pack i bought costed 60€) figuring this out...

.... so plz give me some steam rewards :steamthis::peace_hoi:

I own every DLC on Ubisoft Connect. Went ahead and purchased ONLY the Base Game on Steam.

I'm in-game right now and it still recognizes all of my purchased DLC.
