Production Chains.
Please make an fixed UI note when opening productions chains. For example:
2 grain farms - 1 mill - 1 bakery;
1 clay pit - 2 bricks factory ...
and If there is lack of bread or bricks, The player needs to build entire production chain again (Displayed above for bread, bricks ...) to supply missing goods.
I just want those to appear always when i open production chains looks. Otherwise i must make outside game anotation to not forget the correct functionally of this importante feature.
I hope some Dev read this before it is to late!

When you alter working conditions and thus productivity, you can see changed production time of the factory after hovering over the "productivity wheel" in the interface of the factory.

I'm not sure but I think that you can alter working conditions only for one factory on one island so changing the production time in the construction menu wouldn't work.

And I wouldn't like it if the game automatically calculated new ratios between buildings in a production chain, that would be too easy and boring.
when you alter productivity you do it for the whole branch.
So when you reduce productivity for brickworks, you do it for all of them on the island. When you raise productivity for steelworks, you do it on the whole island.
There is no separate control for every individual building.

I have not pay attention to "productivity wheel" times, but i will for open beta. Since find an video showing that specific case would rather be hard.

There is none cause i dont think the you tubers even try look for things like that.
Atleast i havent found any yet. And it irritates me that you tubers dont look at whole game when they are at it.

I thought that if you change conditions from the factory interface it affects only this factory; and if you change it from the working conditions interface it affects the whole island. But I didn't test it so I'm not sure.

From what I know productivity is changed, so if a factory produces 2 tons per minute, with +50% it will produce 3 tons per minute. Production time should be changed from 30 seconds to 20 seconds. I think that's how it worked.

So yeah, 1 grain farm working at 100% should satisfy a flour mill working at 50%.

About productivity wheel here are some examples I managed to quickly find:
- how the interface looks and how lack of workforce affects production time (around 06:50): https://youtu.be/iEOPlxNmfF8?t=410
- how an item affects production time (around 15:20): https://youtu.be/pHaU7VlODNo?t=925
Working conditions should affect it in the same way as items.

phew had to try it again aswell, cant remember whether there is such a detailled difference.
But i know that i changed the working conditions by selecting a factory (or a farm) especially woodcutters and sawmills to speed up early wood production and i thought that the change only affected the one selected sawmill, only to find out when later clicking one i build after the change that it had the same setting.
I then saved that knowledge as "when i change conditions on one factory or farm, i change it island wide".
I ever changed the conditions from the selected factory, i didnt even use any separate condition window (e.g. i havent changed conditions from the settlers screen).

Okay, thanks Wooden King. I guess I was more concerned about other aspects of the game during beta and I didn't test it properly.

If you tell your farmers to work 50% and your grain farm produces 1 unit for 1 minute. Then for 1 minute your grain farm produces 1.5 unit. (Better go standard, happiness is a problem). I must gratitude Wooden King too!
