So when you reduce productivity for brickworks, you do it for all of them on the island. When you raise productivity for steelworks, you do it on the whole island.
There is no separate control for every individual building.
There is none cause i dont think the you tubers even try look for things like that.
Atleast i havent found any yet. And it irritates me that you tubers dont look at whole game when they are at it.
From what I know productivity is changed, so if a factory produces 2 tons per minute, with +50% it will produce 3 tons per minute. Production time should be changed from 30 seconds to 20 seconds. I think that's how it worked.
So yeah, 1 grain farm working at 100% should satisfy a flour mill working at 50%.
About productivity wheel here are some examples I managed to quickly find:
- how the interface looks and how lack of workforce affects production time (around 06:50): https://youtu.be/iEOPlxNmfF8?t=410
- how an item affects production time (around 15:20): https://youtu.be/pHaU7VlODNo?t=925
Working conditions should affect it in the same way as items.
But i know that i changed the working conditions by selecting a factory (or a farm) especially woodcutters and sawmills to speed up early wood production and i thought that the change only affected the one selected sawmill, only to find out when later clicking one i build after the change that it had the same setting.
I then saved that knowledge as "when i change conditions on one factory or farm, i change it island wide".
I ever changed the conditions from the selected factory, i didnt even use any separate condition window (e.g. i havent changed conditions from the settlers screen).
