payment system not working in ubisoft store
xtolla page will not load when i tried to finalize the purchase of the season pass 4 dlc, i tried to talk to your customer support but according to him he cannot do anything about it

works fine for me i own anno true steam but i buy mine dlc from the cheapest supplier so that means dont buy them on steam;p

the hacienda dlc i bought on ubisoft store worked fine

the xtolla page willl not load up so i cannot input my cc and finalise my payment, i already talk with support but they cannot do anything about it, my location is in asia

is Asia happen part to be in Russia? They don't sell game in Russia for right now, due war, since North of Asia is Russia, I think. but South of Asia should able to buy those game, I'm petty sure unless china or other country ban game, or something? So what country you live in?

philippines, it is located in southeast asia we are still very far from korea which is the neighboring country of russia

I brought all anno 1800 and dlc on ubisoft connect (Uplay as used to be) with little issues but in the end all work fine, other than bug in the game here and there. I do not had game on steam, just on Ubisoft connect.

So you should had no issues to get game on ubisoft but I don't recall xtolla sell this game, only ubisoft and epic store sell game and this steam only sell dlc to pre order owner on steam couple year ago.

I wasn't aware they let any store sell this game beside Ubisoft and Epic Store, Steam is only do DLC for pre order owner.

xtolla is the third party used by ubisoft maybe in asia to process the payment in their online store, i dont know what happen but i cant complete my purchase of the two remaining season passes in the ubisoft store, their payment page will not load so i cannot complete the purchase

We can see in your original post, you've mentioned you were able to contact support. Could you confirm if you'd contacted Ubisoft Support, or Xtolla Support?

ubisoft support but unfortunately i cannot contact any customer support for xtolla since i cannot acces their website its always down

Hmm, try Ubisoft.com and go from there to see if it help? English version rather than your homecounty ubisoft website, and see if english support help or assist?

I also experienced problems getting a DLC. Went to the in-game store, entered my information, clicked buy through Steam... and nothing happened. Had to log into Ubisoft through my browser to buy the DLC.

for me both the ubisoft client and their store website in our region, payment system will not load

We've been able to locate your support case, and take a look at the details.

In this instance, we advise trying to change the payment method used to another one. We're also unable to guarantee there are no issues on Xsolla's end, so contacting the payment provider is recommended.

unfortunately, in the ubisoft store there is only one mode of payment available which is using the credit card, both in their website and in the ubisoft client, i dont know what happen but other modes of payment were removed years ago, i am wondering why the customer support is also insisting that there is another mode of payment but in reality there is only one mode of payment maybe in our region

or Ubisoft would allow to purchase the DLCs on steam as they promised when they left Steam... Bluebyte is fine, I love you guys but Ubisoft is just not great.
