hacienda paving

why is there a limit to the amount of paving modules, are they better than normal paved streets? i hate having to switch to them at some point and destroy the nice, connected hacienda style

Dont know why, but there is.
Dont usse too many though. They are part of the hacienda when built, so if you move the hacienda, the roads move as well. If you demo the hacienda, to roads go as well.
I use them for just the immediate roads around the house and thats it.
