Anyway money is not an issue in late games. Investors give more money, I could ever spend Yes, it adds a new level of citizens and is also providing an addiional monument however, I wonder if that is really worth the pain to keep the tourists happy and to implement new infrastructure.
This DLC is a stand-alone but is clearly optimized if you own the other DLCs as it uses food from the Land of Lions, Artic, and the palace and docks are providing a boost of tourism.
Sadly, the new luxuary products request more space in the new world, for the 4 new sorts of plantations. Plus the tourists will need a total new logistic, adding more trades between islands.
