Simple question, when you start building your skyscrapers does the needs of that building increase for example dose the building need more fur coats, bicycles, or cigars for each level you increase it?

By no means an exhausting study I went from 60 investors to a level 2 hi-rise of 160 investors and the demand for gramophones never increase. I did this with a few engineer items with the same results. Looks to me with all the newer items added the demand for older items is remaining steady. Kinda makes some sense given the limited amount of area for new or additional production lines. That's not to say that at 161 investors my theory will be shot to heck.

Afaik skyscrapers use up goods according to the maximum population of their current level. If you upgrade the skyscraper, it will start using up more of everything.

I read the Developers pre-release summary of the game. It mentions that the hi-risers inherit the investors previous needs (?) After a couple amateur test it looks to me that they do not increase the the amount of goods needed at the time they are built, but, if you upgrade an engineer to regular investor (not hi-rise) the amount will increase as if there were no hi-risers.
