Game is blocked now.
There aren't any Steam keys though, only Uplay.
then you have to contact the site you bought the key from in order to demand a refund you may or may not get.
i personally would not recommend to buy on a key seller site unless it is a official supported one.
It went straight from place 40+ to number 1 in several countries and on the global list to 4.
I can tell you right away, there were people buying keys to sell them later for a much higher price on keyresellers. As obviously the price goes up and up and up as there is only a limited amount of steam keys for the game now.
Its no timed exclusive, so you can imagine how much a steam key is worth from now on.
To give an answer to OP, you can try to get a key from other sites. The longer you wait, the less likely it will be you get one and the less likely you pay a low price for it. But it will still be hard to find people selling keys for the game. Anno is a risky investment.
I'm not sure what you're talking about, there are no Steam keys for Ubisoft games.
