can I build a bridge ?

hey guys

ok this my first anno game never played one before
and I'm playing the campaign right now when I came cross a quest to deliver some bricks
my problem is I can only build the clay house in the other half of the island separated by a river
do you know if I can build a bridge to connect them if not what should I do ?

Yes, you can build a bridge over a river.

Yes you can, you just need to get the placement correct.

If you drag the road over the river it will let you create a bridge. It costs wood though (for the dirt road), and if you don't have enough, it just won't build the bridge.

I think it's 20 wood for the bridge, I don't know if it varies by bridge length - if you drag the road over and hold it, a pop up will show what resources you need.

I had trouble with that too. If it doesn't work, try one piece left or right of it, but always go in a straight line over the river.
