The preload has to be unpacked. Took me10 minutes or so.

Just leave it. Its unpacking. If it saying that its using your hard drive then its unpacking.

There's a 200mb update that's doing the same thing for me; it downloads and then takes a long time to unpack.

same here with the 200 mb update.... it needs a long time for memory reservation and then at 190 mb download the harddrive just writes and writes and writes very long

Just finish everything, error appears saying about cd keys activision, then another 192 update. and stuckkkkkkkkkkk installing WTF!
