Physical copy a.k.a. DVD box, Special Edition or Pionier Edition?

Did anyone here buy the DVD box Special Edition ( https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/71CYnDT7KEL._SL1185_.jpg ) or even the Pionier Edition (Collector's Edition)? I would like to have a Complete Edition (they call it "Königsedition" in German which means "king's edition") including all addons, DLCs and a poster but there is no Complete Edition, yet. So I'm thinking about getting the Special Edition...

Usually, the "Königsedition" of the game will be released only after the appearance of all DLCs. At least that was the case in the past. Sometimes this is also called Gold Edition. So far, this edition has not been announced.

As soon as some DLCs are out or maybe the Seasonpass purchasable, there could be such a version - whether analog or just digital but not known yet.

The pioneer edition can't be purchased in Germany so far, as far as I have noticed.

That is true but earlier titles only had "offline DLCs", like addons. So you could only buy the Complete Edition in the end because othwerwise it wouldn't be possible to produce it. Today they could sell a Complete Edition without any DLC being released. The game could download the DLCs at release as it does with the Season Pass.
