So the launch times were for u-play. Any idea on Steam?

So we were all semi jebaited in to thinking the launch times applied to all platforms. Do we have any indication on when Steam launches?

You are able to play on u-play right now if you are in the Australian/NZ area. I have a friend who purchased on u-play and they are live.

I am guessing that the launch times were for U-play buyers only. Really poor communication by Ubisoft, not mentioning the Steam release time.

Yeah? Isnt that what the release schedule says? Wich means i have to wait another 10h or so since im in CET timezone wich is the same as Berlin ( i think)... and if you read what it says on Berlin in the release schedule you get what i mean.

Yep. Very poor. Guess they don't really care about Steam now as they are leaving the platform for sales after today.

I was fine with the whole Steam rigmarole, I preordered the game so I could get it on Steam, and now am quite disappointed that despite going to the effort, Steam players can't play yet. And there wasn't any communication about it either. Australian consumer law probably applies since we were told it would release at so and so time and it hasn't. So if there is quite a long wait, they might be in trouble.

Yep. I agree 100%. I did the same thing being Aussie and here we are, no game. Guess they are really trying to push their uplay platform.

Well, that is what the Ubi release schedule says: Midnight tonight for European Zone
