Potato Sprouts Item Bug.
Was playing the open beta and obtained the 'Potato Sprouts' item. What the item does is DECREASE productivity by 15%, instead of increasing. Currently a less-than-useless item.

Its a penalty because it also allows you to plant potatoes on an island where you normally could not, albeit at a 15% penalty.

Maybe not so useful for potatoes, but seeds for other things can let you grow things locally instead of making a whole new colony just for one thing.
