do streats cost more then clay roads? to maintian

There is no maintenance cost on either, streets just cost more to build (coin and bricks) then dirt roads. Use dirt roads to get started or if you want to get something on the other side of the island and then upgrade them whenever. Keep in mine that fire and police move quicker on streets, as do deliveries.
