Problem
I find myself unable to play this game on fullscreen without the in game mouse not actually hovering over what I want to select. The mouse is over an option (for instance resolution) the option isn't greyed over as it should when you normally hover over it.

However if I move the mouse up and to the left the option I actually wanted to click on is greyed out. Not sure if it's a problem with my resolution or what since I had the same problem with Anno 1404 with my only way around it being running it in windowed fullscreen mode.

You use multiple monitors? I have issues even in full screen.

I currently have one 4k monitor that is used as my main and a second 1080p monitor.
