Quest is bugged to Heck BUG

So i got a delivery quest from the older broad in the story line. Didn't show up in my quest book.. that's fine eventually figured out that you had to bring the goods to the new world from the old. Sent my ship off to the new world found the ship that you had to find. I had 10 tonnes of Shipper cartons labeled none of your business but when I click on the ship it won't deliver? I've tried starting and restarting the game and I'm not running anything else on the computer. The rewards for this quest are very attractive and i've only 10 minutes left. It's a very annoying bug. Any way to fix it or am I destined to fail this quest.

I just ran into the exact same problem. Tried moving in and out of the target area numerous times to deliver the goods, but that's not working. Looks like I'll be missing out on this one.

I originally used a ship-of-the-line to transport the cargo, and tried switching the cargo to a different ship (clipper), just to see if that had any effect. It didn't.

Same here (bought game from uplay site). It's the only quest I've gotten that spans the old/new worlds so I wonder if there are any others like this and they are bugged as well...

Any quest can bug out if a save is created during the newspaper pop-up. It breaks the game. Patch in two days.

If you look under BUG ?? I explained I had exactly the same problem and of course it did not go through so I lose influence points to Beryl. You may also encounter escort problems with Beryl. I escorted her ship off the map, waited for her to acknowledge I completed the quest and it never happened. Eventually the ship I escorted appears where it left the map and you're screwed again with Beryl because you cannot get credit for the escort. I tried to re-escort the ship off the map again but it did not work.

Yeah I just lost the quest in the end and gave up on it

Still not fixed. When I click the location helper on the quest it just takes me to my own ship. I've done this quest on another run but this time it doesn't work.

In order to investigate this, could I please ask for the exact quest name where this occurs? Additionally, I'd like to ask for a short video of the issue happening for you in game, so we can take a look.

If there are any questions in the meantime, or any other workarounds and steps someone has tried, feel free to let us know!

I'm experiencing it now.
Deliver 10 t to: ...
...and the game does not show where. Actually, when I press on a quest to jump to a location, it's always redirecting onto a ship with cargo.

So that the development team can investigate this, if you find the time, could you please open a case for us via email [www.ubisoft.com] and attach your save game file on whichever save this is happening to you, and also link any screenshots you have (like the one you linked). Feel free to mention any troubleshooting you've tried, and also link the Reddit and Steam thread in your case so that the support team can get as much information on this as possible.
