Can I add additional trading posts on the same island?

I was hoping to build another trading post/harbour on my island as i have the trading post at the east, but it would be more convenient to have one at the west as well. I remember I was able to do that in Anno 1404, can i do it in Anno 1800?

yes, in tier3 you can build additional docking areas for trading ships.

Thanks! Tier 3 means unlocking artisans? or higher?
