Report a translation problem
Support has been completely useless. Said it migth show up in my library in a few days and also got a comment saying im being refunded. At this point i dont even know if im waiting for my money to come back to my account or that they would add the game for me.
Used 100 ubisoft points for the discount and lost the code too.
Do not buy from uplay!

I had tried the 100U coupon on the first purchase but didn't get the discount. Wonder if I lost mine too...
Great games, crappy store software.
Tried to claim AC:U, didn't work, couldn't finish the transaction.
Sure as hell not gonna risk my money with that store. Even though Ubi makes some seriously pretty games.

look into your library, although i got a bunch of error 404 during the process, it appeared at some moment in my library without me ever really finishing the order properly.

Feels great to wait even more. They should have refunded when i first made the support ticket. I also talked with live chat support. They did nothing.
