Do not buy this game on uplay, you will not get the game.
For anybody thinking they will go over to Uplay and get the game I warn you I tried the same. I have been charged twice and have no game. The support ( if you can call it that ) said to wait 48 hours and it might show up.

Many people are reporting the same problem in various places and they do nothing about it. They will gladly take your money, give you nothing and offer no help.

I know most of you probably have the game already but just thought I would warn anybody else to save them going through this rubbish.

Tried to buy from uplay and got shafted. Its been 3 days. money gone from account instantly but no game or even receipt or trail of the purhcase to be found.
Support has been completely useless. Said it migth show up in my library in a few days and also got a comment saying im being refunded. At this point i dont even know if im waiting for my money to come back to my account or that they would add the game for me.
Used 100 ubisoft points for the discount and lost the code too.

Do not buy from uplay!

Alot of people have the same issue as me. Good chance ur purchase fails with uplay now. Waiting for them to fix it.

Glad it wasn't just me having issues. I pre-ordered the game on UPlay and the UPlay client hung on the payment screen. So I tried ordering directly from the site, and the website told me the transaction was suspicious. Tried again, same error. Emailed their support to find the first purchase had worked, and I got a refund on the other two a few days later.

I had tried the 100U coupon on the first purchase but didn't get the discount. Wonder if I lost mine too...

Uplay after all these years is still buggy as fk.
Great games, crappy store software.
Tried to claim AC:U, didn't work, couldn't finish the transaction.

Sure as hell not gonna risk my money with that store. Even though Ubi makes some seriously pretty games.

look into your library, although i got a bunch of error 404 during the process, it appeared at some moment in my library without me ever really finishing the order properly.

Took uplay support 6 days to start refunding my failed purhcase.

Feels great to wait even more. They should have refunded when i first made the support ticket. I also talked with live chat support. They did nothing.

I got the game on Uplay, no problems, whatsoever. It was pre order though. It instanlty showed in my library. What a service ! Sorry to hear it did not work for ya.

I had an issue where the game was trying to sell me the season pass and it kept saying it was sending me to steam but it never sent me to steam. Thankfully, someone posted the steam link so I could just buy it directly from steam.

The issue i have is so widespread that its not a bank issue. Its uplay. Also took so long because ubisoft dont care enough to pay people to come work on the holidays.
