Problem buying in Uplay-store...

Hey guys, because the game isn't available on steam anymore I want to buy it on Uplay. But the problem is that Ubisoft won't let me buy their game... I used two codes now for 20% off and both now don't work after I got an error message after trying to buy the game. WHAT IS THAT ****?!
Anyone can help?

Stupid is asking a Uplay question on a Steam forum, so I was just responding at your level so not to confuse you.

Love it. Because Uplay and Epic don't have easily accessible customer support, customers have to come to a platform they yanked the game from to get support.

I have picked up from other places on the internet that customers in some locals were able to use the 20% voucher on anno 1800 pre-order and some were not.

I have the exact same issue as you. Tried multiple times to buy the game on uplay. It ate two of my promo codes and error 404 was all i got.

I am also having a problem, I have gone through purchasing the game did all the confirmation and stuff and the website error 404, I have no email to confirm I have brought the game, nothing in my orders, no activation code, yet you have already taken the money out of my account.

Whoever in Ubisoft decided to remove this game from steam needs to rethink this decision quickly!!

I too have a problem with this. 2 hours ago i tried buying anno 1800 with the ubisoft code but as soon as i go to the payment area it gaves me a "404 not found" error. so i've made a ticket to ubisoft to resolve the problem and they gave me a brand new ubisoft code to use so i can do it for the second time. I did it for the second time and problem didn't resolve since i got the exact same "404 not found error" can u help me with this as well?
