Cant take photo?

Quest; I am asked to take a photo (NW) of Isabel Sarmentos' harbour for the news paper. I go into take photo mode (option in quest request) and left click nothing happens. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

When you get a usable frame the UI will change, black arrows appear, and then you take the picture.

when you cant take the photo that often means you dont have your mission target properly in the center to take the photo :)

It does appear but mouse left click ain't work. Right click ain't work as well while attacking ships. This happens time to time. It works properly right after restarting the game. Do you know why is it, How can I solve this issue for good?

I am having same issue but with another quest. Can't progress without it. No black arrows. Yes I have it centered. Taken many photos before. Just having difficulty in Land of Lions
