The parts where you have to play "Where's Waldo/Wally" in your own city.

Jeah that was always the worst part of the series. It's gotten a lot more easy in 1800 though since the quest window (which opens when you click on the quest title) often tells you where those people can be found (e.g. at the church).

The worst ones are the arsonist. It doesn't tell you where they are, and they're so fricken small. You even have to zoom in and examine so close it's practically tile by tile or zoom out moderately and see a bunch of dots.

Are you kidding they made it so simple in this game you just click on the quest and it takes you to exactly where the person is

I actually thought it was too easy, I'd find it somewhat fun otherwise. The worst part about those quests for me is later in the game zooming in takes a big hit on the FPS.

Just quickly mouse over up and down the road until your cursor changes..? That's what I do and the quests are done in a matter of seconds.

Not for arsonists. You have to look for them. Can be quite a pickle if you have a big city too with many roads.
