How to get Jornaleros
So i finaly got a boat to the new world, but how do i get this Jornaleros?

you should have the regular building menus for islands, build a market and houses and so on.

then i dont understand :( i got 40 timber in my tradingpost, 40 bricks, and steel. cant build anything at the island..

not even a marketplace or any production buildings? how about trying another island out of curiosity as you have steel and timber with you?

You should be able to build on any island whatsover, if its not possible you might have run into a bug

the other islands is taken by the AI players, was only 1 left, and it is medium size

well i guess i must start new game then, try new layout at my city, it was to big anyway... the AI is building a much smaler city and he got engineers and i dont. so iis it possible to build a good but small city?

It is, try to start small (but large enough to have a postive gold income) and work your way up. Higher tier buildings will give you more income so don't worry about your city being to small.
