output storage is full
how do i get my citizens to move these items to the warehouse??

But that will only give you extra storage. That doesnt matter if you still gonna produce more than you can store.

When storage is full all over the line they wont move it ofc.

Maybe your warehouses not enough close to this building? Select building, it color some roads to green - warehouse must be place in this area.

The storage is full beacuse the warehouse is full.
They have no more room for stores so they close down work.
