How to place a "field" and "downgrade" a house with a hotkey?
Is there one? Because I really think this is important.

+bump! I really need mass downgrade! Im trying to fit everything on 1 island, and I had to downgrade each houses, and it is a pain to do it specially when you have hundreds of them!

yeah I wish you could mass downgrade house instead of one by one.

If you want to downgrade all houses of a type you can simply select one and hit shift key during manual downgrade.
