Change the path of the carts?

How do we change the path of the carts?

For example I want the carts from a grain farm to go to the malthouse but they keep going to the flour mill...

Put the malthouse closer than the mill.
or move the mill next to a warehouse on other side of map.

For design/layout purpose that would be nice an option to prioritize their path, oh well.

They go to the flour mill because it's probably closer or lower amount of resources then what the malthouse has so the demand is more.

Try seeing if either of those is the case.

The demand was beer more than bread so it's not that.

But yes I believe it's because the flour mill was closer in terms of path distance.
