Not receiving Culture Influence Bonus from zoo and Museum

I currently have a zoo, and a museum on my population island. The zoo has 11 compounds and provides 320 attractiveness and my museum has 10 exhibits and provides 310 attractiveness.

Yet my Culture Influence Bonus is only at a score of 10.

Does anyone know why this is? Is there something I have to do for these compounds and exhibits to count towards my culture bonus?

Culture Influence Bonus is how much influence you've spent on additional zoo compounds and museum exhibits. You get to build 10 compounds and 10 exhibits for free, any extra would cost you 10 influence each. Once you've spent enough influence building compounds and exhibits above this limit, you'll start receiving Influence Bonus.
