Any way to jump to specific buildings?

I'm starting to "lose" my buildings but see no way to "find them" besides just visually scanning my islands for them. In previous games there was a list of all the buildings you had and you could click/cycle through individual instances of a specific building type.

Am I missing this feature or does it not exist?

I personaly solved it by just laying all building and same production on same place.
Only way for me to quickly find a specific building.

One thing that will make it *slightly* easier is to bring up the copy tool. Then when you scan it over existing buildings, an icon comes up showing what the building produces.

In Factorio, if you hit the <alt> key, all buildings get overlaid with an icon showing their product. Something like that would be nice here.

I think a simple right-click over the building's icon in the build menu to cycle through all buildings of that type on the current island would be great.

Bring up the menu to build the building that you wish to find, when you mouse over it, all buildings of that type will show an icon over them. It's the best we have at the moment.

I also use a zoom mod so that I can see more of my island so that I don't have to go scrolling around and keep trying until I can see the icons.

You can set way points with ctrl and some of the F keys as you can see in key configs but that's about it right now.

Later on you will probable have all of one type of industry near each other to make use of trade unions and power or even separate islands for certain goods.

Writing from 2024: That answer really helped me because I didn't know that Tab button did this in this game. I will never understand why you forum "pros" despise replying to old threads.
