Purchased Deluxe but in games it's asking me to buy the Deluxe DLC
title pretty much says it.. I preordered the deluxe verion of the game.

On my game page it shows I have "Deluxe Pack" and the "Uplay Activation Deluxe Preorder"

In game when I go to activate DLC I get the option to buy it on Steam.

Anyone know how I can get the game to detect that I've already bought it?

You can activate the DLC only by having the key for it. If you purchesed it on steam, the DLC is already activated. But if you are looking for the Anarchist, this DLC will be activated on the 5th of june (https://www.gamestar.de/artikel/anno-1800-patch-3-release-anarchist-vorgestellt,3344386.html).

Same problem. Tried all of Steam's fixes but no luck. I have an open ticket with Ubisoft but no reply as yet.

I tried to get the season pass it shows payment over steam symbol but nothing happens when i click on continue and i don´t receive a DLC code to aquire this season pass and neither has any payment been deducted

The DLCs will come out later. Anarchist from the Deluxe Version sometime today. What is your problem folks? lol

I have access to the Anarchist and the rest of the Deluxe version features.

However, In game when I click Activate DLC it still gives me the option to purchase the Deluxe Edition, this was my original issue. I find it odd that it doesn't recognize that I already have it.

Same issue here. Not sure how to activate it in game. Steam says I own it, ubisoft says I don't.

It didn't work for me initially.. I had to go to the page below then the game recognized I owned it.

Does your Steam Library say "Deluxe Pack" in the DLC section of Anno 1800? If it does, you own it.

Hello,

I had the same problem.
After verifying the integrity of my files and starting the game a couple of times it worked.
I have no idea why it didn't work from the beginning.

Unless there's been a big bug somewhere and the info given to you is false, Steam isn't responsible if your payment provider revokes a payment. That is something you have to take up with said provider (likely your bank), not Steam.

If the information is false (as in the payment was not revoked) you would need to get proof of this (likely a real bank statement, just checking it up online isn't enough) and then contact steams support to fix it.
