Sorry guys I'm just frustrated and disappointed...
Hi. Influence can be gained by getting to the Investor level. The more investors you have, the more influence you gain. You can also get back any influence you invested by removing the things that take influence as up keep. The zoos and museums take up a good portion of influence. You can remove an enclosure or two to get back 10 influence a piece.

Do I will get like every hour some influence again or just ones depends how big my city will be?
But no for every house you upgrade to the last level you get influence
