Season Pass is not working

I bought the Season Pass for ANNO 1800 in steam, but I cant play, how can I do?

I bought the Season Pass just now and I can't seem to activate any of the DLC either.

have you activated it in uplay yet? for me the dlc only popped up when I started Anno from Uplay and not from steam, but that was after I was waiting for the DLC only, I have played it before without the DLC

Same issue here. I own the DLC on steam, but it is not activating. It asks for an Activation key, which I dont have.

Me neither and the customer service contact information leads me to Uplay but its a steam key activation problem... hmmmm

still its a ubisoft game, so ubispft support is in charge. if everything goes right, you see that you own the dlc on steam and upon starting the game uplay asks to connect that key to your uplay account. after that, everything should work.

How do I do this? I'm on Ubisofts website.

If i remember correctly on uplay.. what have you tried so far? usually uplay detects your game on steam, not sure if you have to link your accounts too.. when I started the game via steam after buying the season pass, uplay asked me if it was alright to link the dlc to my uplay account

I think it is linked because it recognizes my games and the progress I've made. By I see nothing on the website that gives me the activation code I need.

If you have the Season pass & the Season pass uplay activation (in the steam DLC list for the game) you should have the new "Sunken Treasure" DLC automatically.

Do note that Sunken Treasure do not show up in your steam DLC list as a separate entity.

Do note that too access the new content you need to be in the mid game (have a certain number of Artisans if i remember correctly).

Do note that when it comes to many of the new decorations you will need to finish certain objectives in order to get them (or/and spend the uplay coins on them that you get from playing). If you don't have the DLC they would be completely unavailable.

You should not need a code if you have the season pass.Play the game until you have 700 Artisans and you should get a message about activating the dlc.If not a mission about the queen going missing.also in the downloadable content the buy button should be gone.

As mentioned, you do not need to activate it, if you have the season pass you should have the DLC automatically.
