Deliver Bricks to Blake mission broke?

Got a side mission "You would credit it" that requires me to deliver 24t of bricks to Blake by sailing to his harbor and giving it to a clipper (which shows a little arrow on it). I load 24t bricks on my ship, sail right next to his clipper in harbor and no option to transfer. I also tried trading to harbor and I can sell the 24t of bricks to harbor but mission never completes? Bug???

You don't need to transfer. You just click on his ship and he will ask you if you are ready to give him the bricks.

This is a bug that's been known to happen from time to time. As Tazilon said, sometimes all you have to do is click on the Clipper to trigger the completion. Sometimes sailing a fair distance away from the ship and then sailing back will trigger it. Mind you, there have been a few times where it completely bugs out and you can't complete it.
