Annoying "Sea battle captivates the people"

My dumbass editor keeps writing an article about my sea battles and increasing the riot probability. Yeah, I like to farm pirate ships for legendary drops. Despite me not losing a single ship to them ever, my editor keep writing the same negative article. MAYBE once in awhile he'll write about how I tend to win them with a slight riot probability decrease, but it's the same annoying negative sea battle one time after time more often it seems.

Is there any way I can do my naval battles differently to not trigger the bad article as often? Or do I just need to bite the bullet (can't do propaganda because Margaret Hunt and Alonso Graves are in the game)

I would say that better describes other networks, but that's beside the point.

I've noticed that the "victory music" doesn't reliably play every time I win a battle (i.e. destroy an enemy ship without losing any of mine) and it instead plays the "neutral" ending. I'm wondering if that's a bug.

No, it's exactly describes cnn. They deserve all the ♥♥♥♥ they get.

CNN has issues, I'm just saying there are much worse sources.

Anyways if someone had info about what causes a neutral end vs good end in the naval battle music and whether this effects the article it would be appreciated.
