Can't find my garden

Where can I find the garden pieces you buy or collect, and the music? I don't find them in my warehouse or Eni wherever.

The sheet music and botanical ornaments show up on the first tab (no subgroup). But when selecting an ornament you get a message "adding to construction menu", (I think exhibition ornaments act the same way) but they appear on no construction menu.

After restarting the game, the botanical ornaments appeared on the pathway ornaments menu on the cultural buildings. These appear to add a small bit of attraction.

I found another glitch too. An artisan standing at the bottom of the ocean in the new world offered me the musical score for Anno 2070. After the quest was completed the score never appeared anywhere. I've had water breathing artisans give me quests before.
