Replace all original files with GZDoom files. Rename GZDoom executable as "dosbox"
Place master.wad file into same directory and folder as doom2.wad
Find "Master Levels for Doom 2" in your steam libary. Right click on it. Choose "properties." Choose the "general" tab. Choose "Set launch options." Mount the wad by typing in -file master.wad
Then launch the game.
This will only work if you have compiled all of the levels into a wad file. It would also work for separate master levels if they haven't been compiled. But you would have to mount each one every time you play a new level.
You're essentially using the same method you would to mount wads in dos. In dos you would type in doom2 -file master.wad. Or in the case of another wad, -file name of wad.
1 copy both WAD files into your extracted GZ/Z/QZDoom folders
2 DRAG the MASTER.WAD folder into the GZ/Z/QZDoom file itself
4 make a shortcut to the GZ/Z/QZDoom folder and add whatever picture you want
5 profit
