HELP PLEASE

I just started playing the game today. I got through to the point where the mom is asleep and the dragon just hatched, it tells me the dragon is hungry and that i need to feed him the last sunny side up egg but when i go to the stove i dont have the "cook" option come up like i normally would. ive made a new game, uninstalled and reinstalled and tried everything i can think of. Am i doing something wrong?

I got confused by that as well. You actually have the sunny side up egg dish in your inventory already and don't have to cook it again. You just have to access your inventory, there you should find the dish. When you select it the option "give it to the dragon" appears and you can continue with the story.
