Did Paul arrive as soon as you called him? I had to survive a horde.
Did both options here. Got to the helicopter without the letter from his partner and got there with the letter. In both cases you need to fend of two "regular cultists" and an "executioner".
Same for me. Only good ending unlocks Western costume.
I've looked into game files and found some information about costumes:
- classic nurse costume is unlocked when 'bad' ending is achieved (i wonder, what 'bad' ending is);
- there's something strange with hitwoman costume. Apparently, it should be unlocked when you beat the game on hard or pro difficulty. But there may be a typo in the game code so costume, being unlocked, still has (locked) designation in the menu. It 100% unlocks when you beat the game on hard or pro difficulty with 'very bad' or 'neutral' ending _OR_ you should first unlock other 3 (western, classic nurse and sci-fi) and then beat the game another time on hard or pro difficulty, no matter what ending.
