Game will be shut down on September 30th

Today I read an ingame announcement that from June 30th there will be no more possibility to buy items in the shop with real money and commercials will be removed. On September 30th the game will be removed from steam and the servers will be shut down.

I guess this will also affect installations in Stores of Microsoft, Apple and Google. But we will know it for sure if commercials and microtransactions will be removed from these stores as well.

Actually Gameloft didn't support this game for more than 6 months and did not bring back 5vs5. There are many reasons to leave DHC. I will leave in 7 days after current event is over.

Maybe take some screenshots of your player id and achievements. If you are playing any other Gameloft games (or maybe will in the future) write to the support. Maybe they will grant you a head start in another game as a compensation.

The Microsoft-Store and Apple AppStore version still have real money purchases activated. So maybe the game will remain playable.

It's dead anyway because the publisher stopped announcements and community management. Players are leaving. The ingame chat takes forever to load. 5vs5 is not coming back...

Very sad but doesn't make sense to keep on playing this.

For some reason the game is still available. Only the purchases were removed. The announcement in June 2022 said it will be removed from Steam on September 30th 2022. Anyway it's still here. But I wouldn't be surprised it the whole game would be shut down soon on every platform. That's what happens when games don't earn money.

its playable on windows store still

I can still log in on iPhone but is has been removed from Apple AppStore and Google Playstore already. Also there is not so much activity left in the game.
