Confused about Gala and Hyde's good ending (spoilers)

I finally finished the game. I got the (i think) good ending where everything was... well.. good lol. I got an achievement called "theres a spark" and its about Gala and Hyde's ending. Hyde in the normal ending gave Gala ginger but in the good ending Hyde gave Gala i think ginger and some furry handcuffs (which i think were to help him when hes in his werewolf state but also in a sexual way???? not sure) but im just confused by that ending. Did they end up as a couple? I dont even know what else. Im just confused because I never even thought they would end up together, i didnt find a hint of romance between them. I think theyd be cute together but im just confused by their ending. What happened or what do you guys think happened? I finished the game a few days ago and this is the only thing that has been on my mind lol

Im confused because the other people, the like squid girl and the monster woman seemed throughout the game that they liked each other. and with their good ending it alluded towards them being a couple. but i didnt get that feeling with hyde and gala?! idk

Hi I just completed the game and saw your post. From my point of view - I remember one night before leaving the cafe, Hyde said something to Gala like "have you thought about it if we weren't friends?" (something like that? can't remember exactly, but it was like 2nd or 3rd time they met in cafe... early stage in game) And at that point I was thinking there is some romantic thoughts there...

Well, Hyde asked "Do you ever wonder what we'd be like if we hadn't met?" and I'm quiet sure he haven't meant any romantic context there but who knows. Honestly, I'm also confused about their relationship, maybe those fury handcuffs are meaning something? Also Hyde divorced so maybe he tried to make out with Gala in the good ending, but I don't see them as a couple as well

I felt that spark since the beginning and in the end I was so happy I didn't imagine it, so, yes - I think there is an implication for romance and I would love to see more in the sequel. Please?

Sorry for the 3 year late reply but I did see a spark with them when they are together or I might imagine it but I swear I read in the story and diolog somewhere that Gala and Hyde knew each other longer then just the interactions in the cafe.
