Game stuck and wont' launch

Hi, trying to play the game and I can get past the GentleBros screen but is stuck at the pulsing paws. Anyone run across this and have a solution? I've tried setting it to run as Admin as well as Compatibility Mode.

Found my solution. Crappy OneDrive had stealthily created additional folders and Cat Quest was using that set of folders. Delete the old saves and Settings file (saw a post elsewhere that there can be a crash like above if the Settings file is corrupted) and it works like a charm.
