I'm missing 'Crimson Helm'. Not sure where its located since i've cleared every dungeon. Also playing this on PS4 but appreciate your list of the items.

Nevermind, i found remaining item on a chest on the field near Barkara. :)

I am missing the Ninja Shroud. All dungeons cleared. Can someone help its the last item i need.
By the way it is theoretical possible to miss this achivement?

Any chance you remember where the chest was? I'm missing same item, have cleared all dungeons, and can't find any more golden chests.

Not sure if this is just a difference between the Xbox version of the game and the Steam version or if there has been an update since this list was posted, but on my playthrough we never found:

Dragonvoid

But did find:

Mystery Meat
Bam Bam Hammer

We got the achievement for getting all the weapons, so I'm not exactly sure what's up.

One of the updates they added a few more things for gear. I only know this because my counter on the PS4 says I have 103 of 101 gear itmes. I assume the achievement triggers when you get a set number based on the original totals from the game at launch. I wish I knew how much gear was in the game right now since I'm bored and trying to get them all to max level.

The list is pretty nonseless. Just follow every dungeon and you find every 101 gear. It wont help me to know which armor im missing. Just open the map.

when im right then there are "only" 102 items. i have 108 items but thank u anyways
