It's also good to explain that co-op experience is 100% symmetric: both players have their equipped items and spells, can interact with stuff and so on. The second player is not a sidekick by any means.
Cat Quest II will be local/couch co-op on all platforms. This means both players will need to be on the same device to play the game. :)
For now, feel free to use Parsec to play it online (you only need one copy, and one of the players having a joystick, the other can play on kb/mouse if desired).
Hey, thanks for recommending us! We also wrote a very short post on the steps to getting started with Parsec and Cat Quest II - https://blog.parsecgaming.com/how-to-play-cat-quest-ii-online-multiplayer-using-parsec-ac35d9a4fd10
On second thought, I'm uninstalling. She can play single player. I'm done with it.
the first player is ok
but when i try to play with the second controller, this also moves the first player
anyone that know how to repair this?
uh....remote play together is a thing.
I exclusively play this online with my partner.
Not sure. I know it can be janky sometimes, but I've mainly tried to play keyboard + controller on the rare chance my partner and I are on the same computer.
