I can help walk you through the settings that solved this for my game on windows PC.
And in this post, I would just like to thank you for creating great games and ask a couple of questions :3
1) will Cat Quest 1 be updated in the future?
2) will there be DLC to CQ2 (specifically DLC and not updates)?
3) will it be possible to install mods on CQ2 from the Steam workshop in the future?
4) Will there be an opportunity to improve enchantments on weapons (for example, crit chance
lvl 1) 10%
lvl 2) 11%
...
5) How did you manage to make such a good games? :3
For example my characters are level 34 and my health goes from 1690 with nothing equiped to 1073741824 max up, and just running into a cactus does 53687092 damage to me!
I'm concerned because a similar thing also just started happening with other HP negative modifiers. The percent damage scales up to the astronomical numbers but still
This is because you have the Old Master armor equipped. Try unequipping it, and the problem should be fixed!
The bug is due to the health debuff passive not working properly. So any gear with a health debuff will result in this glitch.
We have already submitted the fix for Switch, but due to how Nintendo works, the patch will take some time before it goes live. In the meantime, try not to use the Old Master or Mewlder Wand items.
So sorry about this! Are you able to send us your crash logs?
The logs are located here:

I just finished a boss fight against Woofhausen on the temple on the northeast of the world map, and then a cutscene begun. When the cutscene ended, appeared that dog who asks you not to ruff him up. After I've beaten him, the character begun moving to the right, even if I'm not pressing the move right key.
Trying to press, hold the move right button, or pressing the other keys, or even opening the game menu and pressing move right key there, didn't stopped making the character constantly try to move to the right.
Of course, I've had to go back to the game menu, and It didn't stopped that behavior of making the character keep on trying to move to the right.
hmm
it sounds like a direct input issue,
Is this using a keyboard and mouse set up, and did the problem fix itself upon closing/reopening the game?
There is a teleporter that brings you back to the mainland. :)
Have you changed the mode to co-op in the menus first?
