I rescue Jiyeon and i found out is that she is still laying in that bed upstairs
when she come avaible? or is that in the next update?

Are you on the Beta version? I'm thinking not because the Jiyeon mission has changed up a bit.

Dev said on discord : "More NPC recruitment and quests will start rolling out in 0.6.3, beginning with Jiyeon." Next update 0.6.2.2 will be focus on bug fixes and more trade.
So, For Jiyeon, i think you must wait several months...
