Gas cans?

So I'm running around in a new game again and I cannot for the life of me remember where a gas can is and this happens to me almost every time I start a game so I thought.

What if maybe the option was added to use if one has on them any sort of container and a hose to be able to fill said container with gas. Maybe afterwards just not allow the items to be used again for CLEAN water after that IDK I just seem to always find myself here and thought about it.

Gas cans are found across the map, and as you explore more of it, you're eventually going to end up with almost a half-dozen of them. If you're really having a lot of trouble finding gas cans, you can make them from raw materials at a workbench; there's one in the garage next to the famous white house in the northeast.

I'm starting to think the siphoning gas with a gas can thing is immersion breaking stupid anyway lol.
Xtra difficulty you need a gas can and a hose to remove gas from cars. I'm sick of being coddled in the Mist.

No but we should right? Go try siphoning gas with just a gas can, it doesn't work lol.
I implemented this for fun and it is realistic but I forgot the hose like 3 times right away. Then I had a bucket of gas and no can so I couldn't rightfully allow myself to fill a tank without a funnel.
Basically the idea still needs work lmfao.
Plus the animation was still a gas can.
I may come back to it and write a mod tho cause the code was easy AF.

I am still getting stuck in the Take/Fill animation. I have done clean installs, started new games, done everything I can think of. This mechanic was working fine for me 3 weeks ago and then stopped working. I can not find anything in the guides on how to fix this.

Literally just adding "and Hose"
if "Inventory" = "Gas Can" and "hose" then "Siphon" = (true)
Instead of
if "Inventory" = "Gas Can" then "Siphon" = (true)
Or something very similar and the "" stuff is deppendant on what he designated them as in the code.
I know people would hate it lol.

Moot point I guess with a Bio-Fuel can that suddenly just exists out of a campfire that you cannot use for gas either rofflmfao.

You can use biofuel in the craftable gennie.
