How do I get inside the saw mill that over the hill from the starting area?

So you start the game next to a tent, down the road is a wrecked house with an abandoned camper. Over the hill is a sawmill, and two bears also spawn in the area. The sawmill building's entrance is boarded up, but through the windows I can see loot and zombies, so I _am_ supposed to be able to get inside. If I go behind the sawmill, there are static stacks of boards that you can climb to reach the lower roof, but aside from some minor loot, there's nothing to do up there, as all of the second floor windows are also boarded up, and there's no way to break through the rickety walls with an axe.

Do I need the buzzsaw to cut the boards on the door? Is there some kind of secret entrance?

Climb on the smaller roof (in the back). Use your ax to knock the boards out of the window. Crouch/jump to get in the window. You'll figure it out.

You can try axing a few boarded up windows around the building on the first and second floor. If you get a progress bar on the boarded up window you're good to go. If no progress bar, move on to the next boarded up window. With the new upgrade, it seems easier to gain access, or I just suck at chopping wooden boards :-)

Yea, break out one of the boarded up windows then mess around with jump/crouch/climb at the window and you will find your way in. Same coming out. jump/crouch/climb, suddenly you are moving out.
