i set foliage to low ..
Distance to high or better ..
Motion blur Off ..
Detail Mode High ..
Textures High ..
if you just want to play the game (it's early access) ..
i put mine (post processing) to high (or higher) ..
i remove Blur entirely or as low as it can go ..
i keep foliage on low ..
i keep distance on High ..
*anisotropic filtering OFF ..

*vsync ON (choose speeds that comply with your monitor) ..
global illumination low ..
reflection quality Med ..
*anti-alasing method .. choose wisely
(i use TAA most safe for my system) also allows me to get actual damage while using sniper and to see through scope ..
Shadows OFF ..
Shadow distance Low ..
Effects Low .. don't really need it now ..
*Detail Mode High .. (also helps with Sniper Scope) ..
I updated drivers, play a bit with graphic settings but nothing change,..everything is red on my sunshine, at moment the only way out in my mind is to use green glasses, or a green acetate on top of the screen, killing the red and make everything grey again, but i really wish there is a better way to do this, a way that allow me to see the world in colour because i really love colours
