Already filled up vehicle with fuel, 4 tyres, engine and car battery but still no way of driving the car...

You can't drive a car if the window is broken, the cars you can drive point to the driver's door with the mouse and it says Drive

Yes, only 3 types can be driven, all with full windshields, all with good paint (no rust).
Red truck, 3 available on the map.
SUV, 2 available on the map.
ATV, 4 available on the map.
At least that is all I have found.

And this is only in zone zero.
I only found one drive-able truck with zone 1 was active.

What's zone zero and zone 1?? Also how big is the map in KM compared to other games like Ark Survival evolved or rust??

Zone 1 I think was the "live" map. had the old west village. Zone zero was the development map/test branch with the "white house" next to the abandoned military base. Not sure of scale but the character can run most of the map in one shot. I have not played the other games so I can't speak on them.
