Base Building
Can you build your own base or is it just taking over the small buildings around the map ?

The crafting menu shows several kinds of buildings including ground and tree houses. Have you installed the game?

no i have not purchased it yet was interested but i like building my own bases in this type of game thats why i asked as some just don't have that in the game you have to use what is there.

It's not modular building - you don't make foundations and walls and stuff. It's 3 cabins and 3 treehouse structures that you can link with walkways. GameEdged and Kage848 made some series on you tube. You could maybe check out their bases or look at screenshots

no i have not purchased it yet was interested but i like building my own bases in this type of game thats why i asked as some just don't have that in the game you have to use what is there.

You can build ur base anywhere you want on existing structures, water, trees and/or use existing build formats to place anywhere you want.
You càn make ur own foundations and go from there.

You can build your own base. Yes the building is limited as the structures are preformed models. Find an open piece of land that is flat or relatively flat and you'll be fine. With the right location you can incorporate preexisting buildings on the map as part of your base.

If you are looking for something where you need to build each foundation, wall, door, roof, beams etc piece by piece, Mist does not have that.

Sure you can...
Just becoz you failed doesn't mean other people can't...

Build a platform on a lake.. build ur base.. no problem.. 100% safe
