Report a translation problem
Use a car jack which can be crafted in the Workshop (I think the workshop has to be upgraded to at least level 2 to get it). Put the jack in your hotbar to use it. Get close enough to the vehicle so that the jack icon turns green. You cannot move once you start the process, but you can turn, so be sure that you have a flat enough area to place the car prior to activating the jack.
Level 3 workbench to get the car jack.
MOST DEFINATELY save before moving the vehicle in case something crazy happens.
